I can't understand why there are Negative reviews in which I find it so HARD TO Believe!... I had such an amazing time with the staff of Premier Furniture Gallery and the furniture's itself prove their worth as one of the Furniture Gallery in town!! don't be fooled by the bad comments, the person who assisted us was awesome, and was really spot on in helping me choose what I want. The products they sell are luxurious, fair in prices, and sleek. The whole time they were patient, and was not force selling anything on me but I ended up buying a sofa which is very chic and comfortable.. love it!

Went in to buy a coffee table, they have a great selection. I found just the right one, took a picture with my phone of the sign to take to the cashier, to order the table, out of no where The Store manager this huge man starts yelling in my face, about taking a picture. I explained I just took a photo of the code so I could go to the front and order a table, he stomped away came back shoving a plastic sign at me that says no photos. I apologized and explained again, and he said "I am the Manager and what I say goes, I started walking way, and he starts yelling for me to leave the store" I went to the front to get help from another associate, they were all scared of him, He is obviously a passive aggressive who abuses his employees and his EX customers. I will not be back. Over the years having built subdivisions, I have purchased allot of full rooms from them, but if this guy is their manager he cant even have decent manners, this place is going down hill. A real shame I love supporting the local guys. Bai family, sorry but your Manager needs replacement.

Very nice showroom. They have great prices and a huge selection. Staff was friendly and helped me find the perfect bed.

I bought a dining set and bedroom set from Premier Furniture in Stockton. The salesman tried telling me they were solid wood. After being over priced for their Made in China furniture, they force delivery and assembling charges on you because they do not give you the option whether or not you'd like to assemble your own furniture in your own home. The guys who came to assemble my furniture were so incompetent, they stripped alot of the bolts with their power drills. That is why I will never go back to this business again. But, if you want to pay outrageous prices for furniture that comes with made in china stickers, by all means.

i was very pleased with my shopping experience at Premier Furniture. My sales rep Steve showed me several bedrooms sets and I found exactly what I wanted and all under my budget. Great store hands down!!

Wow what a showroom!! Selection is huge and entire place is extremely clean. Prices are very good. Service staff is friendly and I got exactly what I was looking for a perfect full bedroom set.!!!

I bought a new couch and with in a month the leather started to rip and peel off. I called for help to get assistance but they were not very helpful at all. It took forever to get any response from turn. Then I went to the store to get answers but that didn't go so well either. Maritza was very indifferent acting like she didn't care. After all that trouble they gave me an email to contact. I proceeded with contacting the email provided but I never got a email back. Once again, I called the store back and they were even more rude and told me that they could not do anything. Even though I went through all the proper steps to make a report a my couch fixed. Just a piece of advice do not shop there they only care about the money. Once.they have that they won't help you with anything much less warranty. This store was useless when it came to customer service. I was shocked and appauld by their behavior take your business else where to save a big headache.

I can't express how much I love this store. There is a great selection of furniture at reasonable prices. I have made two purchases so far at Premier Furniture; a sofa and a bed. I love every piece and was very impressed with the great customer service and professional delivery. I will surely be back for more...

I just moved to a new place and need a bedroom sets. I went to many different places but finally, I bought my bedroom sets that will fit my room with reasonable price. Staffs and salesman there were very friendly. I will come back next time.

Just moved here from Ann Arbor, MI and needed a new bed set. Premiere Furniture has a wide, great selection of bed sets. I highly recommend this place!!

Great prices, decent selection, cash discounts, coupons, and friendly sales reps who leave you be to conduct your business and help you with the transaction. Nothing more, nothing less. Oh yeah, and free candy. Buy from here, and you wont be disappointed.

Great service! I came in to the store looking for a little cute sofa for my room, and the sales person, helped me the entire time. He made sure he's shown me all the option I have.

They pay attention to detail and are very courteous, they make you feel that you are a valued customer, Keep up the great work!!! The staff are not pushy at all. Most of the time, they don't even come to you unless you go to them for help, which is fine by me. The place is clean and comfortable, and the furniture feels very solid and well-made.

When I first moved into my new house with my niece, I was looking for a good study table that we both could use and I found the perfect one at your store! Thanks a lot…

A couple of months ago, I walked into Premier Furniture Gallery looking for a sofa. The Sales Person showed me many options and was patient each time I changed my mind. Eventually, I ended up purchasing a cute and elegant sofa and not only was it delivered early it was delivered with smiles. Thank you so much!
