Pacific Arms Apartments

Great place my unit was very clean and maintained. Very nice and responsive management I needed a nob fixed and they did so the same day. Very close to mall and shopping also very close to college.

Nice and quiet. Managed by owners so they fix everything immediately. They have been very helpful to us. This place was recommended to me by friends and it has been a good place to live. I am in north Stockton, close to all amenities, groceries, bank, library shopping, restaurants. When I was in the hospital, the owners even came and wished me well. I am so glad I moved here. I have been here for 8 years now.

i have lived here for 24 years and have had no problems in any of the 4 apartments i lived in. if there was a minor problem i notified maintenance and it was taken care of. The owners have always promptly returned deposits and been available to meet with you regarding any concerns or questions you might have. I am not the only long time tenet living here with these same opinions. I would whole heartily recommend Pacific Arms to anyone who wants close to shopping..bus...good neighbors etc. `

Maintain is horrible, and always took forever, units were dirty, pest infested, dingy, run down, and in broken unhealthy conditions. I occupied multiple units while there and each one seemed to be worse than the last. Carpets, appliances, and standard decor was always in serious need of being updated. To make matters worse, after over 2 years of perfect tenancy from myself and roommates, and giving more than enough notice of my intend to vacate, the landlord entered the last unit unannounced, and while we were away, to begin listing their reasons why deposit would not be returned when most if not all of the repairs needed to be done were ones that previously existed to our moving in., Not to mention falsifying information to fair housing department for unpaid rent, regardless of the fact that we not only paid for the full last months rent but also were denied return of any of the deposit. If I was able to rate this property lower I definitely would, and would never recommend this complex to even my worst enemy!!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!!!!

I wouldn t recommend renting from them.

Unprofessional Management

When my mother recently passed away, after we moved her things out, the manager went in to apartment and started cleaning when we still had 7 days remaining in the rental period to complete the cleaning. On top of that, they are trying to charge us for their cleaning of the unit. (it was 95 percent done when they assumed control of the unit). If I could rate them a zero, I would.
