Discovery Martial Arts

I've been to discovery martial arts for a day and that's how long it took me to realize these guys have no idea what they were doing. Sure they know how to fight but as far as teaching, they're beyond clueless! I'm glad my first week was free it's a total waste of money! Go to norcal viper training!

Me and My step son have been training with Discovery since October of 2013 he and I both love it. He has ADHD and it has help him focus a lot more in class and at home. Both of are instructors are very friendly and encouraging to us. It has taught my son to be more respectful to others and have a sense of responsibility that I think all kids need today. As former Marine the training has helped me lose a great amount of weight, in short period of time. I have been to other martial arts places and have one on one training. But didn't like it as much as I like it where I am at today. We just join the black belt club to have extra classes and weapons training. I don't know another school that offers so many extras. There is Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Escrima, Demo Team, Break Dancing and I can go on. You definitely have a lot to do at this school. I don't feel one bit at all that this school is trying to take my money at all. I feel part of my masters vision and family.

I just wanted to attack the guy who posted a review on here complaining about paying for belts! Listen up buddy!! Special things in life must be paid for!

You can't get a degree in college for free! So what makes you think you are entitled to get free martial ranks?? Hhhhmmmmm!!

Master Garmany does his best to work with people and he's also a very giving person, and not to mention he's easy to work with if you sit down and talk to him about your current situation.

Discovery Martial Arts was the 3rd school i visited during my search for the right environment for my child so i knew he could get what he needed out of martial arts not just to learn how to fight

he has been there almost a year and its been worth every cent paid. my sons grades are up his behavior has greatly improved he is so much more respectful and believe it or not when he was being bullied at school one of the staff told him they would go to school with him and be his buddy for the day i thought that was so awesome

my son has learned so much i have learned so much

i would recommend any one and everyone to discovery martial arts

im on a fixed income and i was struggling before my son started classes but this past year i have done everything in my power to keep him here and it is worth the few luxuries we now go with out i wouldnt trade discovery martial arts for any other school its amazing what they do for the kids and their families

Garmany is a joke! Please don't take your kids to discovery martial arts. I don't like how I have to pay for a new belt, dont they deserve to win that? Ha. After my kids contract was over n don't wanna attend anymore , garmany had a baby fit. He's not professional at all the way he talks to his customer. Anyways pleaser parents BEWARE!!!

I love the lessons of discipline, respect, having rules, and now he has better focus in life and in school. It goes beyond just self defense but life lessons. I cant put a price on what they teach. I highly recommend it.
