The most unprofessional group of people ever. I will never call them an agency. Yesterday was called by a rep saying they have a position available for me and set up an appointment for the next day. I go in at 8:30AM since my appointment was @ 9:00AM. I said that I had an appointment and was asked to fill out an application. By the time I was done with the application it was 12 mins after 9. Waited for about 30 more minutes and people who came in after me were called ahead of me even thought I had an appointment. 20 minutes after 10:00AM was called into a small room and the rep go over my application saying she had a position for me. She left for about 15 mins and came back saying "someone will be right with you". Really? My appointment was with her and she says someone else will talk to me. Next thing, one of the reps had me fill out papers like the W4 and I9 and personal info. Took a mouth drug test thing and after signing all those papers. The rep asks for my identifications then handed back to me and said "you're good to go". Like really what was all that paperwork for then. By time I got out it was 12PM. A total waste of time these people are. I suggest Cornerstone or some other staffing agency besides these people.

rina told me to come to the office to talk about a job position. i text her before i came to the office telling her i was coming and she she ok it when i got there i sat down on one of the seats texting her that i was in the lobby then one of the workers asked me if i had a appointment and i told her that i was there because rina told me to come in so she can discuss a job position with me and the lady told me that rina wasnt in and that their boss threw a raffle and she won a trip to go water rafting and she didn't notify me that she wasn't going to be there i got an unexpected interview and since then she has been doing nothing but giving me the run around telling me that there's no opening anywhere

The assignments they give are literally 2 days to a week or a month.. Not the best temp work and service

BAD PEOPLE! BAD SERVICES! RUDE, AND VERY SELFISH. VERY CALL OR TAKE CARE OF ANY CLIENTS THEY HAVE. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAINTAIN THEIR JOB AS A RECRUITER. YES, THEY CAN TAKE IN APPLICATIONS LIKE ANY OTHER AGENCY, YET "BALANCE STAFFING" IS BY FAR THE WROST AGENCY EVER WHOSE RUDE AND HAVE NO RESPECT TOWARD THEIR CLIENTS NEEDS. THEY LACK THE CONVICTION TO MAKE THEIR COMPANY GOOD! BALANCE STAFFING SHOULD JUST STOP. THEY KNOW ALREADY HOW BAD THEIR REP IS BY NOW.

TERRIBLE company. Avoid at all costs. I was hired for a position through this company, but the person who hired me made a mistake and rather than cop to it she pretended she lost my application. I've never experienced anything like that before. Just avoid them, their entire office is too unprofessional to deal with.

I've applied here a whole lot of time the people are nice and all but damn they tell me they don't have anything for me meaning work I've been working since I was 18 year's old and I just turned 31 years old earlier this year and I've been working at Toy's'r'us the warehouse for 11 years and worked at a pizza place for two years and they tell me they ain't got nothing for me I give them a look saying are you serious or are you kidding me your a temp agency you should help me find a job that's one of the main reason's why I filled the application out and try to call to check in nothing I'm not saying it's easy to find a job for a man like me with my skills but damn I'm over here trying to work

they notified at ridiculous time to tell me i have an interview, select people on personal reason to help, your better off going to try Corner Stone Staffing, Volt Staffing, and etc.

Very professional staff that is very inviting. It seems like everyone that works there is super nice and the receptionist is absolutely super sweet! This staffing company is definitely very different from many of the others I have been too!
