Waste Industries is a waste of time and money. I have been with the company for a few years and things seem to begetting worse and worse. No one seems to know what they are doing and I am very disappointed. After paying my bill I was told that the bin would be returned the following Friday, fair enough. I was also told that I should put the garbage bags on the side of the curb on Monday and it will be picked up. Today is Thursday and the garbage is still sitting there and an eyesore to the neighborhood. I spoke with 5 different people between Monday afternoon and today and everyone I spoke with assured me that the garbage would be collected. This is unacceptable and if I new they were not going to do so, I would have found another way to get rid of the garbage. To add to this the code enforcement office has been checking if this was done. I normally keep my surrounding clean, and I know what it means to have garbage sitting, which can cause rats, cats, etc. to tear the bags and as a result can cause diseases. After this experience, I am left with no choice but to cancel the services and hope also that those who are faced with a similar situation will do the same.

I would give then 0 stars if it would let me. They only collect about 60% of the time. When I call it's a 50 50 chance they will send someone out to collect. They have picked up my recycling once in the last 6 weeks(picks up every 2 weeks) and my trash hasn't been picked up in 3 weeks now. Don't waste your time with them. I'm switching next month.

Terrible service. I have to call every week to ask them to put the trash cans back on my sidewalk and not put them in front of my neighbor's driveway. Somehow, they just don't understand how to do that. The billing office is awful. The representatives are very rude. I wanted to cancel my service but they would not give a refund. They bill 3 months at a time so I am stuck with this lousy service until the end of June. I would rather haul our trash to the county dump rather than pay any more money to this lousy company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! There are too many other companies that are cheaper and not worth the hassle! The customer service has always been the in the dumps and now the service matches it. New service guidelines charge for every single item placed outside the can. Dare not have an occasional party or additional guests to add to your weekly pickup...after being a long time customer, I just couldn't take it for another month!

Bought out most of the trash companies around here. Now I am stuck with no other option. Their idea of customer service is an automated phone call telling you important things about your account. If you speak to a representative they have no room to help you. Since when did local trash service go "Big Business"

the recorder called me at 9:30 pm and told me they would not pick up my trash till the next week as it had snowed the weekend before they said that you could put it in trash bags or what ever I had an old trash can from different company I put it in there they didn't pick up the next week just my regular can I put all trash on curb the day before at 4:30 pm when I called and asked why they didn't she said the driver said it wasn't out there she said u must have just put out there so to me they said I was lying well if I put one why wouldn't I have put the other , now they saying next week this is not a good trash company I have had problems with them every since CLM sold to them . Problem after Problem

Not too long ago CLM bought the collection service that I used, because i did not want to use CLM. As a result of this my pick-up day was changed. On said day my can was not collected due to not being on the curb. I pay extra to have my can collected at my gate on the side of my home, I can't get that can to the curb. So my can runth over, this leaves me open to being smacked by code enforcement . I called I was told that it would be picked up. it wasn't. I call and i call I get voice mail, no return call. The last time I called I did not press the key for customer service I pressed the key to make a payment and hey some one answered, and after being told I was stuck with them till July I was told that my trash would be picked up, it wasn't. I guess I am not the only one, the web site has been taken down.

Very poor service

Do not waste your money on this company, especially since they charge more than the others. They make way too many clerical errors and your service gets messed up because of it. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy!
