If I could give this florist 0 stars I would. My boyfriend ordered flowers through Teleflora (an arrangement of Dendrobium Orchids) "just because", in his order he requested that the flowers be delivered to my place of employment after 3pm. Seems simple enough right? Yeah not so much, what was delivered was roses and purple stock flower. The problem is I am highly allergic to roses, and the purple "itchy" flower in the arrangement. I contacted my love, he contacted Teleflora, and they were to get back to the florist. I heard nothing from the florist. I called him directly and questioned if I should throw the arrangement away or would someone be picking it up. At this point he became absolutely rude. Told me they would get it tomorrow, and couldn't understand that I had already had to use my Epi-pen because of the allergic reaction. He also told me that the flowers were "similar" and the arrangement he provided was actually more "expensive" than the one ordered. In what alternate universe are roses more expensive than orchids? He also told me if he didn't deliver "similar" he would be fined from Teleflora. When I explained I could not continue to work near the flowers he told me to get someone to move them. I work alone, with no one but my customers coming in and out- at what point is it acceptable to ask customers to do a service for you? He's rude, argumentative and when I told him if he was the florist who would be correcting the order tomorrow that I did not want the delivery. At this point he told me he didn't want my business and would REFUSE any future orders delivered to me. In this day and age with the economy the way it is- one would think small business owners such as this would strive to deliver great products and excellent customer service. This business fails to do any of that.
