BEWARE, paid $8,000 5 years ago for a piece of poo that has been a headache from day one. Cost us $$ every year after install and now out of warranty and still consistently costing us $$$. Believe it had a leak last year while in warranty and was just filled with freon and now is out of warranty and we have to pay to fix the leak! Scruples of this company are questionable. Just really research your companies first. We are using a new company now, same one that installed a new unit in our main home that we live in. I would not even give them one star if possible. You will have to pay for their service person to drive back & forth to pick up replacement parts to fix problems, they tend to round up on labor time as well.
