Hamburger Mike's

Great customer service! The staff and ownership were amazing and extremely friendly. The food was delicious and will definitely keep you full! Overall great environment!

Big, fat, juicy delicious burgers reasonably priced!!!

I visited Mike's at least once a week.
I never seen or heard one unkind word
from anyone at that establishment. The food is awesome cooked to order and the best hamburger in Atlanta.
Being from Chicago it took forever to find a great burger till I found Mike's. .
The owner is a great guy and the food is awesome.

My parents and aunt and uncle went to Hamburger Mike's yesterday and my mother got into a disagreement with Mike (the owner) about the order. After my family sat down to wait for the order, Mike came around the counter to their table and got into my mother's face pointing his finger while ranting about this is his establishment and they need to leave. (Mind you, my mother is 5' tall and 110 lbs soak and wet while Mike is about 6'2" tall and maybe 300 lbs.) My father stepped in between Mike and my mother in attempt to protect my mother from a possible attack and started to call 911 on his cell phone. Instead of calling 911, my family decided to leave. My family felt very threatened by this incident. Apparently, Mike has a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde personality because, in this case, his behavior was very frightening. Maybe he needs anger management courses because he flew off the handle very easily. After this incident, neither me or my family and friends will return to Hamburger Mike's. I felt I needed to write this review to warn prospective patrons that if you disagree with Mike in any way, this is what can happen, or (hopefully not) worse. Added note: Mike, the owner, used profanity when talking to my family. He told my family to get their "sorry asses" out of his establishment. My aunt and uncle were visiting from New York and wanted to patronize a local restaurant in Henry county. My aunt is a NY councilwoman and my uncle is a retired NY railroad engineer. My mother is a registered dietitian and educator and my father is a retired US Army Lt. Colonel. Mike’s condescending behavior was very embarrassing to my family as well as demeaning and disturbing. My parents, aunt, and uncle are senior citizens and notable citizens of this country and their mistreatment they received was appalling. As a resident of Henry county, I am stunned of this behavior by a local business operator in the community.
