Doug S I wonder if you understand that it is against the law to slander someone’s name, also that the prescription was not ready do to the fact of Publix system being down, because when I went to the pharmacy I had the same problem, THE SAME NIGHT, because i was sitting with you daughter there at Publix and had to pick up my perscription due to PUBLIX, computer being shut down! In which they explained to me (Publix) and your daughter! The staff stayed over to make sure that pt. was treated. Also you were very rude, and when I stopped in hallway to talk to the nurse, I heard you as you were screaming and using inappropriate language, in which no one should have to listen to. Your daughter is of age, 21 or older and it is against the law "HIPPA" to give anyone information over the phone if over the age of 18, if not by the consent of pt, which needs to be a signed document. I was a patient there that day and heard you screaming. I had excellent care, and as I was going write a review , I discovered you wrote this bulls*** , false statement and crappy post. This is illegal and I wish you the best if any staff see's this post to report you immediately! You should be ashame of yourself! I have been served by Brightpoint staff and loved them! I go all the time, and maybe you should find somewhere else to go, somewhere you can disrespect the staff! Your daughter should be embarrassed! As a nurse myself, I understand why they did not, give you her information, and why you would not understand Publix telling them the system broke down, because you’re ridiculous! INCOMPETENT! BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT EVEN THERE! YOUR DAUGHTER WAS, YOU WERE CALLING OVER THE PHONE FOOL!

What a wonderful team, in and out at a very responsbile time. Sooooo much better than waiting 3 hours in an emergency room. Dr. Emmaunel and the nurse Journey was awesome (and pretty hot too)! But I am feeling much better! My lab results were on time just as they told me! Even my, meds were sent to pharmacy and ready for pick up when I got there! Love this team of healthcare providers! They ROCK! 10 STARS FOR ME! WILL BE GOING BACK, but I pray I do not get sick again...lol GO HEAD BRIGHTPOINT!

Staff was courteous but never sent my specimen to the lab to be tested. Since treatment hinges on proper diagnosing of the condition, Brightpoint failed miserably. After finding out from the lab that my specimen was not registered with the lab nor received by the lab, I then thought back on the $150 fee charged to be seen by a NP, given two prescriptions, and the 3 hour wait to be seen for 10 minutes, man what a rip off!

Daughter had a painful injury and wanted to possibly get back to her game. We arrived at 9:55am. The rude admin made us wait outside the clinic door until they opened at 10am. Once inside, she curtly stated that their x-ray person wasn't in. What a waste of time. And very rude.

Absolutely a great alternative to the ER! In and out service. No long wait times. Excellent staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Brightpoint Urgent Care is the best every urgent care I ever been to. Their customer service is exceptional, no waiting time, and the staff is precise and friendly. I've never experienced such excellent service at any medical facility in my life. I highly recommend everyone to experience this wonderful place.
