Jimmy’s Egg

The food was good. The service was prompt. We came in at 1pm on a Sunday (after church rush) and had no problem being seated.

Food is great. Service absolutely sucks. Seems to get worse with each visit.

Waited 10 min for coffee refill poor service and 40 min for my breakfast. Was told when I asked why it was taking so long the kitchen is always slow.

Oh, Anthony M. Joy would be heartbroken if she knew she had not served you properly! She is wonderful, and wants her customers to be happy. I used that same "one item" coupon. One item could be a 7 dollar omelette while you pay for your orange juice. She must have misunderstood you at first. It's a great coupon, and please go speak to Joy and tell her Belinda sent you. It might help to go when they're not too busy so you can speak with Joy at length and do try the pancakes, too. Even the little ones are huge. I love Jimmy's Egg. Best to you.

I have never ate at jimmys egg in stillwater, ok but have been meaning to try it out. I received a "Be our guest" card from an OSU event, which stated enjoy breakfast or lunch on us. Figured that it was an excuse to try them out. I called before going to get all the stipulations figured out before going in. When I called a lady answered and I explained the card I had and needed info on what it would cover. The lady put me on hold and got me with a "manager" Joy. I had to explain the card once again to Joy in which her response was.... We haven't gave any of those out, lol arguing with me, I read everything off the card to her and when she heard approved by JT I guess that was Joys initials because she said oh ok, then real short said its one free item, so I got a free biscuit or maybe one slice of bacon!! Lol, was thinking of trying it out and maybe continue to be a customer, after that I will never try jimmys egg and will let others know not too as well. Will also trash the coupon and not take any other garbage handed out at events. Way to loose business Joy, hope the rest of your Sunday is great treating customers like a complete waste of time.

We came on a Saturday morning at 11:30am and we were greeted by a hostess. The first thing out of her mouth was " it will be an hour wait because we're very short on cooks". She was pretty much trying to talk us into leaving. She said "you may want to go somewhere else"!?



The only good things were the waitress, who was very polite and helpful and the manager who came to our table to apologize. Hostess gets a big fat F though.
