        We have used this company often through the years. They have done excellent work. We just had a fireplace siding replaced and now have a roof leak, but cannot get a return call. Are they still in business? Just do not understand a business that cannot return calls about a problem with their work.

        Hired Camco for siding, windows and guttering. The jobs were completed in three parts. Overall, the work looks good. Nice salesman. After the final portion of the project was complete, we were called three times at two phone numbers to pay the bill on our credit card. After the first call we replied that we wanted to receive the invoice first. After three calls, we went ahead and paid. Took more than two weeks to receive an invoice/receipt and only after we called again! before it was finally faxed to us. We never received one via mail. Also, we made contact (ph, email, in person) several times to have the caulking touched up and roofing nails hammered and sealed but no one has ever returned to our home. Repeatedly they said they would return. Been almost 4 weeks since completion. Asked for estimate (ph, email, in person) 2 months ago to replace our patio doors. Have received nothing. Do they just have too much work to worry with details and 100% customer satisfaction? Disappointed.
