        Worst experience I've ever had. I live a few miles away and have gotten my oil changed at Ace Allens before. It was always a bit pricey but he was honest and trustworthy. I could not get to the dealership so I tried Bayside. They called me with some recommended maintence stuff, air filter and some air conditioning filter. I ok'd it all with really paying attention. My bad. 1 hour later I go to pick it up and get my $700.00 surprise. Synthetic oil, air filter, cabin air, and a serpentine belt. Holy Moly! I pay the ridiculous bill after complaining. When I walk out to my car there is a giant puddle underneath it. After questioning them this little bald, arrogant jerk proceeds to tell me it's not from my car. I made it almost home and my car started making a horrible noise. It's currently at the Lexus dealership. $6800.00 estimate. I learned my lesson.

        This place is fantastic! Today I was faced with the nightmare scenario of my car suddenly sounding awful (metal grinding on metal) while I was going over the Bay Bridge with my mother and two small children in the car. We pulled off at the first exit in Stevensonville, and by some incredible luck happened upon this place. They made fixing the problem (my brakes) a priority, called the parts in immediately, and fixed it up in under 2 hours. They went way above and beyond to help me, and they were kind and professional all the while. I give them 100 gold stars.
