Washington Radiology Sterling

I was there today at Sterling location for a mammogram. My appointment was as 9:45 am. I waited until 11 am, no one called me and u[dated me about any delays. At 11 am I asked the person at the front desk. She said they are 1 hour behind and still have 4 people in front of me. I was taken inside at 11:10 am and was told to wait for approx 40 mins. So basically it meant, wait inside instead of reception. I said I would like to cancel my appointment, I need to go back to work. Staff was unapologetic about it and said "Do what you feel like". I am never going there again!! They overbook people and then make excuses.

I am writing this review while I am waiting to be seen in the dressing room closet. Yes, the dressing room closet because they have booked too many patients at 8:30am. I arrived on time at the office and then was told I needed to go down the hall to the next office after sitting there for 15 minutes. Then I signed in AGAIN at that office to sit for another 20 minutes. Then I was called into the back thinking I was moving forward because my appointment WAS at 8:30am, but I was put into a dressing closet to get undressed, sit, and wait....so this is where I am....in the closet (5x9) literally....it is 9:33am......9:36am......solitary confinement!
