BIGGEST CHEATS IN TOWN - They put in bad parts causing severe damage to the car. I had to spend over $2500 to fix it at the Honda dealership. Technicians do not know what they are doing. The check engine light came on after the service and I had to take it to the dealership for immediate attention. BUYER BEWARE.

Truly impressive, that is why I come back time and time again for all my car maintenance needs. I also like the fact that you guys don't try to sell extra services that are not necessary just because a woman brought the car in. We do ALL of our car work at Virginia Tire & Auto of Cascades. The people there are courteous, professional, and do their work quickly and correctly. This time it was no different. I was in and out in less than an hour and on my way. It is great that the store opens at 7am -- this allows us to get our cars taken care of and not have it impact our work day.

Recently took my Jeep Cheroke in for a minor repair. Labor cost and parts were reasonably priced. Best of all the repair was completed a day ahead of time. Thanks for the quick work and friendly service.

I am always impressed with the level of service at VA Tire and Auto. We have trusted them for years now, and last weekend was just another example of why they will continue to get our business. I was given honest advice about what needed to be fixed on my car, and what I could wait on. They honored several coupons, despite the disclaimer that only one would apply.

I went in to get all new tires and from the minute I walked in the team there was nothing but helpful. I've gotten work done here in the past and it's always been done with a smile and quickly. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I will continue to get my service done here. Great works guys!!!

I usually come to VTA for routine auto services rather than the dealership because the service is fast and efficient. I don't have to give up an entire day waiting to get my cars back on the road, and if I have to leave one, there is always a friendly offer to have someone to run me home.

These guys always take the time to explain their evaluation in detail and I don't get the feeling they are talking down to me because I'm a woman. They will work to get me the best price they can and if I find a lower price else where they meet it if possible. The service is efficient and I love that they will give you a ride if you need it when dropping off your car.

I had very good service and the special price with the coupon was a bonus. The only hiccup was when I called to ask how long it wouls take, they said it would take about 35 minute and I could wait. After I got there they wanted me to leave it and I came back to pick it up a couple hours later. Even with that I will still return for other service I may need in the future.

Oil change was done as promised. Always great customer service at a very fair price. I'll be back
