Dulles Executive Pet Center

I have been bringing my dog to Dulles Exec for about 7 years. I have never had an issue. My dog comes home healthy and clean. I find the price to be very reasonable as I have shopped around in the past. We will be bringing our dog there next week!

I will not be bringing my dogs back here.

We dropped off our 2 dogs on September 10, 2011 for one night. When I picked them up the next day, one of our dogs was bleeding from his neck and upper arm. Our dogs do rough house on occasion but no one even noticed my dog was bleeding! Thank god it wasn't something worse, obviously no one was paying attention to them.

Everyone I saw working there was in high school, 18 or younger. I do not think they have well trained employees. The "acting supervisor" I spoke to on Sunday was polite but a high school kid.



Additionally, the base rate only includes one morning walk. Obviously, a dog has to be let out more than once a day so you have to pay for additional "play times"



We will be going somewhere else next time.

I took my two dogs to Dulles Exec. Pet Center and loved the service from the grooming salon! My two dogs looked great and the staff there were very helpful.
