Chase Heritage Apartment Homes

I have been living here for over a year now. The past 5 months things have changed for the worst. The pool is not clean and maintained properly. When filling a ticket for something that is broken it takes at least 3 attempt from the crew in order for the problem to be solved. The management is always missing from the leasing office and it takes 2-3 complaints for an issue in order for something to get their attention. The tenants are very dirty and throw garbage on common areas which has resulted in many bugs and the management takes minimum 3 days to call an exterminator. Today we had a notice to move our vehicles from the parking lot from 7am-7pm. The crew showed up at my door at 6:37am pounding hard numerous times. I haven't witnessed something like this even by the police. If you are looking for a place to stay that is very dirty with a very poor mannered crew and enjoy complaining constantly this is the place to be. I personally can't wait to move out.
