HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT CALL. They will forget about you and not pick you up at all. They do not know the area and will overcharge you if you don't know where you are going. Horrible customer service as well. STAY AWAY

It is wonderful! I use this company exclusively. They are always on time, the drivers are friendly, the operators are friendly, and it is just altogether a good business. They call you if they are having any problems. and they waited for me when I was running late at work a couple times! When they were too busy to come at a time I specified one time, they even gave me the number to another taxi company. So honest. Love these guys.
Been taking Red Dot cab service for two years now. Timely service friendly drivers. Hopefully they can expand service to 24/7 in future. I recommended Red Dot Cab. Keep up the good work.
spacious vans, clean and always courteous. Usually accommodating any schedule. Truly better than any cab company around the area
service isnt reliable, they dont answer the phone half the time, very long waits, they only have 2 cabs, worst taxi service and they arent 24 hours
