Phoenix Grill

Ever since they changed cooks, servers and the food quality we have stopped going there. So we tried on 08/11/13, our Anniversary. Nothing has changed it's still horrible. Our toast wasn't toasted, my kids French toast was so cold butter wouldn't melt on it. We asked for extra crispy potatoes, they were not even cooked. My wife's bacon was so bad the took her breakfast off the bill. The old guy who used to cook would have never served this garbage, ever! Our server checked everything we complained about, she tells us, I need to show the cook these problems then we may be able to do something for your bill, really? I have no clue what has happened to the original owner, but this place stinks and just look at the parking lot and you can see it's not just my family. It's too bad they are right by our home and we went there for years, almost every Sunday and at least once a week, never again!! Good luck and you better start changing before you have to close from lack of business. You see the picture I put on here, THIS IS WHAT BACON AND EGGS LOOK LIKE, TOO BAD YOURS DON'T!!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE PHOENIX ON 19 AND HAYES FOR MANY YEARS, THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN HAS BEEN IN THE LAST YEAR OR SO FROM MISTY. SHE IS ALWAYS COURTIOUS AND FRENDLY. I NEVER HAVE TO ASK HER FOR ANYTHING SHE JUST ALWAYS SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT I NEED AND BRINGS IT. THE FOOD IS GOOD AND PRICED REASONABLY. I AM SO GLAD TO SEE THAT THEY HAVE SERVERS LIKE MISTY. BEFORE SHE STARTED THERE THERE WAS ALWAYS THAT NIT-WIT CINDY WHO ALWAYS HAS A ROTTEN ATTITUDE AND IS SO SELF ABSORBED THAT SHE SPENDS ALL HER TIME CHECKING HERSELF OUT IN THE MIRROR INSTEAD OF SERVICING HER CUSTOMERS. THANX TO MISTY I WILL CONTINUE TO FREQUENT PHOENIX.
