When booking your appointment, ask for a free consultation with your professional stylist Bring in a Picture Your idea of a certain cut or color may differ from your stylist's. Have you ever seen how many shades of blonde, red or brunette there really are? Don't assume you speak the same language of your hairdresser. Look through magazines for a style you like & bring that picture with you or arrive a half-hour early for your appointment to look through our books for new ideas Give Honest Feedback If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the service you received at On Fire Hair Design, we encourage you to let us know. We'd like to have the chance to adjust the problem and know where changes and improvements should be made Come Prepared When coming into On Fire Hair Design for an up-do, come in with your hair dry (if you come in with your hair wet, it will take up to an extra ten minutes to dry). Also, wear a button up shirt (otherwise you will find it difficult to pull the shirt up over your head after getting your up-do). Also, if you are having your hair colored, don't wash it that day. It's nice for the stylist to have a little grip on your hair instead of it being silky smooth. When coming in for a body wrap or facial, don't put any lotions on after you shower
