same problem as previous reviewer. Went to store during open office hours to see a sign " be back at 12:00" with the store closing at 12? Should loose their franchise!
Don't go there if you want to save money. They charge way more than the UPS pickup from your home would be
You go to store when they should be open, but you walk up to door and sign says be back at 3:50 WTF
