I have problems with my knees and my hand (arthritis) and saw Dr. Bonano. He was very professional and took x-rays and determined what I needed. I had a cortisone injection in hand and gave me a script for therapy. After some therapy, I was approved for a series of injections in my knee. These helped and I was without pain for about a year and now I had another series of three shots.

After waiting almost two hours, one of his office staff finally called my name, I was told the doctor would only discuss one of my injuries. I was told I would have to choose which injury I wanted to be seen for and make another appointment and return to discuss the other. I scheduled this appointment weeks before and told them then I wanted to be seen for two problems and they made the appointment under those terms. It is all about billing the insurance companies for this guy!! I walked out and would highly suggest not wasting your time!! Thank God all doctors are not like this or you would have to make two office visits for a cough and a cold! Both of my injuries happened during one incident. Definitely not worth the wait!!
