Pup Hollywood

I am ver unhappy with this place, I took my dog their they did not tell me right off that he had an infection on his paws ,, when I call they because my dog can not get on bed jump at all , she forgot about it , Lucky my son saw they did cut the hair on paws. Its been almost 2wks and my dog is still not able to jump on bed I think That the way this place is hangling this is terrible , This is my baby. But it is not over. I really did like this place. Thank God my son saw this or they would have said nothing happened , which they did at first. But it was not them that told me, it was me that brought it to their attention.

I've been the proud dog owner of a 6 1/2 year old Yorkie and have taken him to several places on Staten Island to be groomed. Through trial and error, I finally found Pup Hollywood and I'm glad I did! Other groomers may have overcharged me from time to time, given my dog razor burn, one time a certain groomer cut my dog's nail too short and the poor thing bled everywhere. Other groomers made me feel like I was dropping off my dog like I was dropping off my coat at the dry cleaners. But Pup Hollywood is the best experience my dog and I have had ever since I brought Rocky home to be a part of my famliy. And that is the way Lisa, the owner (I assume) treats us. She takes the time to throughly ask me how I want Rocky's hair cut, she educates me and answers all of my questions clearly and throughly (and doesn'y beat around the bush because she knows what she is talking about), and she WILL NOT let me leave with Rocky until I've looked at him and I'm happy with the results. They are friendly, knowledgable, the price is fair, and what blows my mind is that my dog can't wait to run inside when we get there! He was never happy to go to any other groomer! Ever! They also have A LOT of merchandise - great quality stuff and things that I've never seen anywhere else and affordable. I've bought Rocky a few things there so far and his favorite is the organic treats. :O) I'm telling you from experience, once you go to this place your gonna be a lot happier. Yor dog will like them a lot, too. And I think that's very important.
