Hillier Gourmet Coffee Co Inc

We have been using Hillier Gourmet Coffee Co for a few years now. Our sales have increased significantly and we believe that is is due to the fact that our customers love the coffee. We would never change companies. They provided us with great equipment and service. They are very helpful and on point whenever we call to place an order. The service team is outstanding and the girls in the office are very helpful and polite ..Mr. Hillier was very knowledgeable on his products.

I would not recommend this company to anyone especially female business owners. The constant treats i received from the owner was unbelievable. Treating me that if i didn't increase my business sales he would remove all of his equipment from my store. He verbally abused me on the phone on more than one occasion. The final straw was when he Be littled me and cursed at me like i was a dog in the street. I immediately called a up another coffee company and they were extremely helpful in getting me all bran new equipment and assuring me that they would never treat me a paying female customer the way that the owner of hillier coffee had. They asked me to write this review to make other business owners aware of this companies lack of customer service and male shovanististic attitude they said that it is not the first time that they have heard this about this company.

The coffee is great! These gents know how to impress a true connoisseur of fine coffee. Cheers!
