I would not recommend this lawyer. He's engaged in cases where there is obvious conflicts of interests. Ignores all correspondence he does not like.

In the sleazy, money grubbing legal world where billing your client is the name of the game Mr. File really separates himself from the crowd. Having gone thru 2 completely inept lawyers previously for a case, Howard took my case and immediately I saw the difference. He fought back against the tide of lies that were being said about me, a lunatic opposing attorney, and a judge that seemed to have a personal vendetta against me. All the while Howie guided me with finesse, telling me what to do and making sure everything was filed in a timely fashion. He did something none of my other lawyers did, he really fought for me. On top of that he was upfront about his billing and went as far as to make decisions that would maximize my retainer instead of burn thru it. I can't recommend Howard File enough. When the chips are down and things look hopeless, pick up the phone and call Howard. He will get the job done.

This guy has minimum legal knowlge. I would not use this person.
