Equalizer Movers

TERRIBLE! They were a day late on pick up. This meant I had to stay overnight in an apartment which did not belong to me. So the landlord withheld part of my security deposit refund. When they finally arrived, the fee was 55% more than the estimate. Delivery was 18 DAYS LATE! During this time, I called the office many times to complain/get a status update, I was often told the manager would call me back, but most calls were not returned. I filed a claim upon delivery and was told someone would get back to me within 30 days. They never did. I called the office again, was told they would send me $100 for my troubles. I told them I was not satisfied with this and they said they would discuss it with management and call me back. It's been almost a week and no call back.



Do not use this company.

These guys are AMAZING, i chose equalizer global based on price and reputation and both were awesome, they went above and beyond all my expectations. I would and have recommended this company to anyone looking fo a GREAT moving company! Thanks Equalizer, you guys are awesome.

Did not turn out to be reliable. Did not show up on the day of the move as per schedule and informed that they can not even commit to a revised schedule either. Very disappointing.

I was so impressed with my move with Equalizer Global Movers. I have used a different company every time I have moved as I have never been satisfied with companies used in the past. I spoke with Steve who understood all the concerns I had due to past experiences. Steve was extremely patient and not pushy. He explained very clearly exactly what I was going to pay and I felt confident that what he told me was what I was going to get… no surprises. The movers showed up exactly at the time I was told they were going to show up (no hanging about worrying if anyone was going to show or not). The guys were extremely professional and it was clear that they were well experienced and knew exactly what they were doing. They wrapped up all my furniture and crated both my TV’s; everything was done quickly but thoroughly. My stuff was loaded onto the truck and it was on its way. I was told that I should receive delivery between 10-14 business days. After 11 days my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I paid exactly what I was quoted and have never been so pleased with a moving company. if you are looking for a straight forward no ‘bs’ move then Equalizer Global Movers is the one to use! I have already recommended to a few colleagues and will use them from now on.
