Absolutely the worst car service on SI. Extremely unprofessional and the dispatchers are very nasty. Cars take over an hour to show up if they even show at all. How they stay in business or even obtain a contract with access-a-Ride is beyond me!!

I called for a cab and was quoted 6 minutes. An odd number but I took the persons word for it. He says his name is "John".
I waited and waited. After 20 minutes I called back and John said that the cab was there waiting for 15 minutes. It is simply UNHEARD of for any cab to wait somewhere for 15 minutes. I told him that I use DELTA EXCLUSIVELY for years! And that this is unacceptable. In a polite manner of course. I asked if the driver bothered to beep the horn and he said "YES" as if he was actually there. I also told him that after a few minutes why didn't I get a call saying the cab is outside?!? He then said to wait another 10 minutes! Again.. Another 20 minutes go by and I call back. He then stated that he has no cars and that a car will get there when I gets there! What kind of behavior is this. I tell EVERYONE to use DELTA CARS ALL THE TIME. At least 20 people I know use DELTA because of this. If this person is not disciplined I will take my business elsewhere and make it my business to let the 20 people I recommended to boycott DELTA and to also post this on Facebook ad twitter and anywhere else that this will be heard. There is NO REASON for JOHN to be rude. It is NOT rocket science to dispatch a cab. And NO matter what happens someone o. the phone should NEVER talk to a customer that way. You never know who is connect to whom and how much a NEGATIVE experience can disrupt a business.
I do not wish to take these measures but I will not allow anyone to disrespect me in any way. Especially when it has to do with a business.
JOHN was very RUDE. I stated that the person that was waiting was injured and now waiting an HOUR. He said to call an Ambulance and that it is not his responsibility to care for someone who is injured. This is just disgusting behavior.
Please respond to this and please make sure to let JOHN know that he is risking losing customers due to his behavior.
