Audiology Island PC

If anyone is in need of any kind of hearing aids? Audiology Island is the place to go! My husband has been wearing hearing aids for years. This time we changed doctors & went here to our complete & entire satisfaction. This place is amazing! The doctors are intelligent, caring, patient, pleasant, & completely knowledgeable & thorough. The staff also very friendly & knowledgeable & so helpful. There's never a time where they say I can't, not now, or no. They turn themselves inside out to help. Excellent service. The aids they gave him are also amazing. He went from Lyrics to conventional aids & there is a big difference. Dr. Fulman was not pushy, gave him 45 days to test them out, & even programmed his phone to sync with the aids. She also saved my marriage thanks to him hearing a lot better. I really cant say enough good things about Audiology Island. We come from Jersey to see them. Highly highly satisfied. Top rating from me & my husband.

Horrible customer service. 0 privacy. When the phine rings the whole waiting room knows who is calling by the caller ID displaying the persons name right in the waiting area. Then the rude receptionist starts talking and disclosing private information in front of all of the waiting patients. And customer servicw is another issue this practice is lucking. Its non- existent. They think that arguing with patients is an acceptable service practice. They are also not accomodating. If you come in late for your appontment you will be yelled at and you will not be seen. I thiught many busineses abandonded this ridiculous practice but i guess not. So my recommendation is just go somewhere where you will be treated with a little more respect.
