Amy's Pet Palace and Dog & Cat Grooming

I went to amys via referal!!!
My dog has long curly hair that takes time and effort to take care of!!!! When dropping off my dog i made it perfectly clear i wanted her hair cut no shorter than 1.5 inches long i did not want her shaved in any way.. When i went to pick her up she was totaly shaved with bald spots... Shocked to say the least they gave me a excuse she had some matting total lie i brush her daily not a knott in her hair so watch out and on a second note i picked her up at 11:30 she slept until 4:30 totaly not her personality 1 yr old and i have small kids tgey play from morning to night so please be careful

The negative reviews here must be from Amy's competition. My cat is so well taken care of by Amy and her staff. My cat was so nervous going in. After he was treated he came out purring. We couldn't believe it either but it's true. Your pet is definitely in good hands with them.

PLEASE do not use these groomers!! My dog came home all cut up!! They claim he was matted, but I brush him twice a day....Liars!! Had to take my dog to the vet the next day for care!!

My mother has bringing my dog and my cat and they always do a wonderful job I don't know what you people are talking about they are amazing

For the first few visits, they did a good job, but after a few months, every visit turned into a disaster. My poor maltese started coming back with either an ear infection or eye infection EVERY SINGLE TIME. My dog right now can't open her left eye. My dog also gets some cuts sometimes. Seriously? What the heck are they doing behind customers' backs? PLEASE find somewhere else to go. Your dog is just going to leave Amy's Pet Palace with health problems. I am DONE with amy's.

I completely agree with you, this place is a disgrace!

I would never refer anyone to this place!!! what a disgrace ! My poor Laso :( I brought him in to be groomed and when I came to pick him up he had a bloody left eye and a hematoma above his eye. When I had asked them what had happened they had said he was so nervous that he had popped a blood vessel. As the next hour came his eye had worsened so I took him to the animal hospital. They had told me that it looks as if he had hit something very hard. So I called pet palace back and they told me this kind of thing happens when a dog is nervous so I believed them. WELL what a coincidence my co worker that had referred me to this place just happened to be in the same saturday I had dropped my dog off for her dog to have a bath and when I told her what had happened to my dog she said when she was there a dog had fallen off the table in her presence and when I showed her the picture of my dog she said that was the dog that they let fall. So I reported her to the better business bureau It was the owner AMY that had let my dog fall and lied right to my face. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would think twice before bringing your animal there If you would like to see pics of my poor dog write back.

Been bringing my 6 yr old Newfie to Amy's for 3 yrs. They do a great job, very friendly and they and offer discounts. Sometimes I need a pickup and that's no problem!

I bring my cat to Pet Palace and they do a great job! My cat looks great and is very happy when he comes home from there so you know they are taking very good care of him. All the girls there are so friendly and nice. I reccommend that place to everyone!!

i could not find a grooming shop to handle my cat until i went to amys pet palace they were great my cat love it and looks great thanks again

I brought my two dogs to Amy's Pet Palace six months ago and I loved the way my dogs looked. The staff is great and very friendly. Now I bring my dogs there every 6 weeks and we are all very happy. Thanks again for the good groom.
