Able Plumbing Water Mains & Sewers

Do not hire they did work for me in November promised to come back in 2 weeks it’s now February and Tom the owner promised 3 weeks ago to come by the end

We had our 100 year old water main replaced and our water meter relocated and replaced.
The supervisor (owner?) arrived quickly after receiving our call, to look at our job and give a quote. We had another company come and do the same but Able's price was better and they responded quicker. This was not an emergency and they still started work only 2 days later. The crew did a perfect job under less than perfect condtions with our house being on a busy, narrow, and crowded street. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient and they did everything possible to cause the least amount of damage to our lawn. We highly recommend this company.

after 3 different companies able was able to find problem and fix it i was without water for 7 days before able came they cleaned up and the workers were very polite had to wait few days for cement guys but thats ok was ready to go nuts without water price was very reasonable

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

In 2012 I paid them $14,000 to replace my sewer pipe to the city sewer. They came, and broke up concrete that I didn't even want broken up, and charged me. After one year the cement sidewalk stated flaking off because they poured it in the rain. So now I have to deal with a sidewalk that looks like it's 60 years old. Not to mention that I still have a sewage problem at this location, due to the fact that they admitted to me that they didn't replace the whole entire sewer pipe from start to finish. They only replaced a section! So now I'm $14,000 into this, with terrible looking cement, and the same sewer problem that I had hired them for years ago.

Don't take my word for it... read the other reviews. You can whistle dixie trying to get them to come back to fix the job... they just won't return since they have your money already. It's practically a criminal matter. I'm not the only person that has had problems with them... This company was on "Help Me Howard" also. They have multiple company names, and even own a company named "Quality Plumbing". I'm going to complain to the DEP, the DOB, and the dept of consumer affairs, and take any legal action I can. Save yourself a major headache and don't hire this company or any of its sub-companies.

When I called they connected me a very nice professional plumber who asked about the issue and gave me very reasonable price immediately and told me he will send someone within half an hour, they were very reasonable, quick and professional. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Able Plumbing for fixing the problem is short time.
