        Overall

        I found the previous reviews to be inaccurate. The rates are very reasonable. The monthly rate is less than $400 a month. The location is perfect. It is about an hour from most everything, fishing, beaches, quality theaters, shopping, etc. The community is very friendly. The owners are very nice and try to accommodate everyone within reason. The property is very well cared for. This is a great park for an overnight stay or for longer term. It is a quiet park in the middle of a town. It is close to larger cities, but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. One of the best parks we have stayed at. Also, it accommodates big rigs with ease. Very ease to get around..........

        campground is well maintained,...

        campground is well maintained, BUT the workers are ##@$%^& (if ya know what im sayin). one worker was a master cheif, and he really gets under your skin by being bossy and a know-it-all. ohh, and they think no-one can park their own rigs....ha!!
