This place has a lot of reptiles!

But who the heck cares if they have really poor customer service and the Manager with a very bad attitude.



Employees will be nice at first, because they need to sell their stocks. But they don't really care after you purchase them.



I want to warn you that all sales here are final when you purchase and you want be able to return anything.

For instance, I purchased a bearded dragon with the whole package that included the aquarium, and UV lamps...and so on.



They sold me a bulb called ReptiGlo, which are known to cause eye problems. After some research, I went back there just two days later after purchase to return the bulbs, but they said you can only return if they are broken...???

I didn't know the store policy that all sales are final, so I assumed I can return the perfectly fine light bulbs but the manager had to call to names and just say rude things for five minutes before he point at the sign.

Well, the sign that said "all sales are final", which was nicely hidden behind an aquarium.

I RECOMMEND BUYING ONLY THE REPTILES HERE.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING UTILITIES HERE.

This place is only good for eye shopping. And all the utilities are over priced. You can get the same brands WAY cheaper at a local pet store.

The animals were healthy, the cages were beautiful and clean, and the employee I talked to was helpful and very nice, and seemed to know what he was doing.
