Bridge Street Burger & Brew

The food was cold, the beer was warm. Dirty tables attracted legions of insects. Took over an hour to get meal. They hit us up for a madatory 25% tip after we complained. The local lodge recommended going to this place. They need their heads examined. This was hands down the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant anywhere.

This was the most horrible restaurant experience of my life, due entirely to the extreme rudeness and contempt of the individual who "served" us. He went so far as to insult us in public, and make sharp, angry, and contemptuous statements to my 5-year-old autistic son, who was very well behaved. We paid for our sodas that we never drank and left without ordering, something which I have never done in my life. I am a medical professional, and I have come in contact with people from all walks of life all over the world, and I have to say that this individual was one of the rudest and most contemptuous people I have ever met. Writing a BBB complaint is also something that I have never done, but it was warranted in this case in order to protect other families from abuse at this establishment. Restraurants that employ people who are extremely rude to customers and then go so far as to insult them in public and mistreat special needs children do not deserve my money, nor anyone else's.
