Tito's Roofing & Gutters

I hired Tito's for a power wash and painting retouching job. The owner quoted me $3800 and asked for a deposit of $2000. He started the job but after I complained about his crew's sloppiness he left and never returned. I had to sue him in small claims for the return of my deposit. Tito never showed up in court. I received a judgement in my favor from the court on Jan. 31st 2011 (Docket #:SCC-348296) but have still not been able to collect. I later found out that he over charged me by over $2000 (a later price quote was $900) and the deposit he asked for was over 30% more than the contract called for (this was in small print). This company should not be allowed to do business in the state.
