I too had money taken from my car. I left some money under the floor mat on the driver side of my car. I watched as the people began to vacuum my car before i went inside. The same person who vacuum the drivers side drove my car into the washer. NO OTHER PERSON enter my car until it came out of the washer. I watch as the person drove my car out to dry it out. The only person who could have taken the money was the person who vacuum that side and drove it up to the washer. I went up to the cashier and asked to speak to the manager after i found out the money was missing. I was told by the cashier that the person who vacuum my car was the manager. I too will file a complaint with the BBB. I also will send a letter to the owner.

They destroyed my convertible top. When I went to the owner he told me it was the operation of the top and to go away before he sued me!

THESE POS DAMGED MY 20IN WHEELS. AND WHEN I WENT BACK INSTEAD ALL THEY HAD TO SAY WAS IT WASNT OUR DOING. WELL IM SORRY IT WAS...WELL NOW MY LAWYER WILL BE SUEING THEM FOR A NEW PAIR OF WHEEL AND RIM...AND I KNOW THAT THERE WERE NO DAMAGES DONE TO THEM SINCE IT WAS THE FIRST CAR WASH SINCE MY NEW WHEEL AND RIMS WERE PUT ON!!!!!!! AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO B.B.B AND YELP

A very expensive pair of dealership issued headphones was stolen from my car here. The manager's (Howard) response was "None of my people would steal from a car". Which basically suggested I was a liar. He in no way tried to keep my business by offering me anything for the loss, not even a couple free washes, which would've satisfied my issue. Instead he choose to use seriously bad customer service skills. Please do not use this place! If you ever find yourself with a problem you will more than likely get the same "not our problem" response.

My wife and I took her car to get washed since 610 is no longer open. The service was horrible. The employees are lazy. They did not open down I the inside. The outside still looked dirty. Plus on top of all that they stole money that was left in the cup holder. I guess they need that dollar more than we did. Will never go back.
