RFS Group is not owned by any insurance company, therefore we provide objective information to consumers and small business owners, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. William Reynolds is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University (Cum Laude) Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1991, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics) in 1997; worked as an Engineer at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE (USAF Civilian Personnel), becoming self-employed in 1999 as an Independent Distributor - Retailing Seiko watches and Sterling Silver Jewelry “World Time & Accessories” (a merchant until becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent in 2005). Before becoming licensed agent in 2005, Mr. Reynolds worked independently as a Medicare Biller in 2003 (Transworld Medical Equipment) assisting Medicare and Social Security eligible clients as a “community liaison” within the senior community providing diabetic shoes, arthritis pain supplies, electric wheelchairs/scooters; also referring the Home Healthcare services of Skilled Nurse/Physical Therapy/Provider (Nations Pioneer Health Services, Inc).
