Wags 'N' Whiskers

Will never go again! They are never on time when you set up a before/after hours drop off/pickup. We were wanting to do a daycare day for our dog and they suggested to just have her dropped off the night before since they didnt want to meet at 8am the morning of. We agreed on 8pm the night before. I arrived at 8PM on the dot, I understood that they can take a bit to get there, but after 40 minutes of waiting I was done. I waited until 9pm and just left. Taking my dog with me, and as I left no one was just turning in. I am normally happy with this company but i should have known better because every time they are at least 30 minutes late.

Wags n whiskers has been open for 4 years providing grooming and boarding services. The runs are large, and there is a fenced area provided for potty breaks. The groomers talk to each customer before and after each service is provided. Customer satisfaction is always important.

I took my 6 month old Bull Masstif here and I will admit they did a good job with her and were able to get her an appointment very quickly, im still uneasy. When I brought her in they didn't require any proof of her vaccines, had me right my contact info on a sticky note, didn't ask who her vet was, and there was only one person working. When I was called to come pick her up I walked in and was greeted my a rather large Rottweiler. The worker didn't contain the dog as mine walked by, which I was especially worried about because I didn't know that animal's temperment and she didn't know how my pup would react either. I wont be going back because of the unprofessional way of dealing with my contact information & the potential risk to my pup, although they did do a good job as far as bathing.
