Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center St. George, UT

It started with our check in...Both front desk ladies were so welcoming. They smiled and we laughed about silly things. It felt like family.
Rooms: We were worried about our room because of the reviews but everything was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so amazing I bought a few.
Pool: the pool was the perfect temperature. It was a little packed but that was expected due to spring break. No biggie.
Breakfast: It was more than we expected honestly. We had a full hot breakfast. Eggs, sausages, waffles, fruits, muffins, bagels, fruits, toast, cereal, biscuits and gravy and more.
The hotel had a home feel to it. I even ran into the owner a few times. I must say that this was truly a great experience. I asked for the manager in the morning just to thank her and she was so sweet.

The pool was big and the kids loved it. The walls of the room seemed thick since we never heard the neighbors.

Breakfast, proximity to Snow Canyon, Mexican restaurant there, (forget name), front desk was friendly, parking easy, fridge

I stayed at this property while i was in town for work. It's a great hotel because of the staff. The front desk (Olivia, Oprelia) and Nate the maintenance guy made my stay that extra special. I don't come from fancy things so i don't care about luxurious necessities of a hotel but the staff really had an impact on me.The icing on the cake is the owner of the hotel, AJ. He's a friendly and a caring individual. He greets everyone with a friendly smile and is a genuine person who really cares about everyone and his staff. I don't have to work there to know this and i can tell by his interaction with them. If you're looking for a 5 star hotel with it's fancy decor and 500 thread count pillow top bed sheets.....then this is not it, but if you're looking for a great staff who will care for you and your family...then this is the property for you.
