Carrabba's Italian Grill

The food is good, but EVERYTIME we get curbside service our meal takes up to 30 minutes longer than it says at the time of ordering because their kitchen is "backed up." This means that our meals are taking an hour from the time we order to the time they are delivered to our car, which is ridiculous. We never order out during busy nights like Friday and Saturday either. (Tonight was the third time in a row.) It's a shame because the food is good and it didn't used to be like this.

Our visit to this restruant was at the Saint Augustine, FL location. The food was great, but the server was not very polite. We ate outside on the little patio becuase it was a beautiful day. Unfortunately, we did not realize the difference of service we would recieve by being outside. We had to ask passing by servers for drink refills becuase we could never seem to find our own. At one point we alomost left becuase we had not even seen our server for fifteen minutes, but upon hearing our conversation, another server for a few tables down came over, apologized, and said she would get someone to be with us in just a few seconds. We were finally served, then we lost our waiter again, and had to ask the girl server from the other tables if she could find our check. Our server appeared and gave us our check without speaking to us, picked up our check without speaking to us, and gave us our reciept back without speaking to us. Our tip we gave to the young girl server, becuase she had helped us more than our own had. I had the Chicken Bryan, which I believe is now my favorite dish, and my husband had the chicken parm. The food was great and the location is great, but we believe they either need new management or better training for (some of) their servers...
