Overall

I was just about on my way to Microcenter to get my computer repaired. But, instead I decided to go get my computer fixed from these guys because they have such great reviews. This was a great decision. GeekABC's costumer service is above and beyond way better than Microcenter's and they don't beat around the bush or try to take advantage of you either. My computer is now like it was when I first purchased it. I'm definitely going back to them for any future issues.

I have kind of a techie family. My sons, wife and I all have one or more computers. The computers have issues from time to time so GeekABC has become our go-to place for repairs. They have never let us down. They have even performed upgrades on our computers to make them better than they were when initially purchased. I highly recommend this great company.

GeekABC has great reviews, and I can see why. Their customer service excellent. The techs there were very empathetic when I went there with my work computer which was running slow. They went out of their way to help me out and let me know exactly what was going on. 5/5 no question.

I was running to class with my laptop and it slipped out of my bag and fell on the ground at breakneck speeds! The plastic on the corner of the screen broke; a minor aesthetic imperfection I don’t care about. The screen didn’t break and seemed to show a display fine. But the computer was getting a startup error message, no boot device or something. Geekabc said that the harddrive failed as a result of the high speed impact. They replaced my harddrive and my computer is no longer having startup issues.

My baby nephew threw my laptop in a fit of rage over not getting ice cream after his dentist's appointment. The laptop's back was cracked. Since the screen wasn't broken and GeekABC fortunately had vendors who provided only the back assembly, the back was replaced for a fairly nominal fee. I'm happy, but I'm never babysitting again.

After facing a nightmare for weeks with my existing store from where I had purchased my computer, I found Geek ABC and decided to get them to help me with my various issues which had been going for quite sometime with no solution from my existing computer guys.



The Geek guys, took a look and within 5 minutes he had already identified 3 problems and had applied a fix for it right away.



It has been almost a month now and my computer has been running like a charm. No more error messages and no more troublesome pop-ups. A definite recommendation to anyone looking for top quality computer service.

I accidentally spill water on my laptop, after I clean it and let it dry, the keyboard was not working normal, the windows load and I was able to use the computer but have problems when I needed to type something, I order the keyboard from the laptop manufacturer and try to replaced myself, but unfortunately this was not that easy. I took it to Geek ABC shop for Repair / Installation and after 2 hrs. they call me back to let me know the laptop was ready and the keyboard was working, I was a happy camper.

Thanks to Geek ABC and for providing such a great service to my business. I have hired a network maintenances, data recovery services and computer &laptops services. After tying up with the Geek ABC we never find any kind of issues for a year. We are really happy with their services and positively helping attitude. Recently I have stuffed my office Maryland (Rock Ville), while stuffing some Desktop are not able to start. One of my local staff suggested me about “Geek ABC”. I just dial the number within a ten minutes they came here. I told my problem to them within an hour they have solved repairing issues. And they have started all computers and also given some useful tips. Now my PC is working bit fast compare to before. Thanks to Geek ABC.
