C R For Hair

I'm giving this place one single star because the lady that did my nails did a good job. However, this same woman proceeded to do my eyelash extensions, and it was a DISASTER. You know how you usually get to lay back, relax and almost nap while you get your eyelash extensions done? Nope. None of that. She had me scoot down in a regular salon chair- which was very uncomfortable putting my neck where your low back should go. When I complained I was uncomfortable, the best she could do was offer me a chair to put my feet up on. Then, and I felt this one, but didn't know what was going on at the time, my bottom lashes got stuck to my top lashes, and rather than use a gentle method to free the bottom lashes, I kid you not, she took scissors and cut them. So now. My lashes. My beautiful lower lashes have gashes and clumps of lashes missing. As if she was trying to trim them sporadically. Those were my thing. Ya know- eye makeup is my domain, so I didn't notice till the next day when putting on bottom lash mascara. Ouch. I have asked for my money back for the lash service only, and the lady has refused. I'm never ever going here again, and you shouldn't either.
