NSO performed free diagnostics and they were able to fix my laptop very quickly. I was very happy with the service and completely satisfied with my experience.

Very friendly

They explain what is wrong in such a way that even an inexperienced person understands. When they sell a computer, they give you the items you need, not the items that soley increases their profit. They also appear to bend over backwards to satify the customer.

If you want a company that you can trust, knowledable staff and great prices then this is the palce for you.

I must say i experienced an extremely informed staff who inturn directed me to what i needed in the most proficient and ecconimical way. I shopped around and my time at NSO was the most honest and informative of them all. i would highly recommend them, their staff and the products they offer. it was actually an enjoyable experinece dealing with them, and enjoyable is not a word I associate with computer purchases lol
