Beware- They changed their name to Brinton Lake Dermatology due to bad press. This place is a nightmare. You have to call all day just to get through to anyone because the phone is constantly busy. You have to make an appointment at least 6 months in advance and here's the kicker.......twice they have called the night before to cancel the appointment, that I had to make six months out! And forget about seeing a doctor, it will not happen. This place has no concern for their patients just their wallets. I keep getting things from them about plastic surgery. My first appointment is the only one they didn't cancel and I waited for 45 minutes to see a PA for 5 minutes. The moles that she decided to remove tested fine. The mole I insist needed to be removed, that she argued was normal, was cancerous. Save yourself frustration find another dermatologist unless you want a facelift or chemical peel.

Overall
Doctor first

I feel the same way as the other patient commented on their visit, about seeing a doctor first..I have adult acne. when they look at your face, they don't even touch your face to feel the bumps on my chin. You're in the exam room for 2 seconds and poof.. I have been going off and on to them and they prescribe these crappy creams that DON"T work!! I used to go to another Derm. years ago, who would get this gigantic magnifying glass w/ a light and he would EXAMINE your face/skin carefully. I am very dissatisfied and I even tryed the hair removal treatments, and I notice scarring on my chin (discoloration)..so, my question is, WHERE ARE THE DOCTORS W/ THE PICTURES ON WEB SITE ARE???? I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE!! stop RIPPING patients off!!!
