In November, 2007, a lady friend recommended Mr Pennington to me, because I was looking for a good divorce attorney to take my case with my now ex wife. My friend swore to me that I would forever be grateful to her for the recommendation....that was very true. But for Mr Pennington I would have been "wiped out" by my ex wife and her attorney, because they just kept asking for everything. Mr. Pennington processed my fathers estate that took over a year to close due to my fathers life insurance company not wanting to pay. Mr. Pennington was very professional, took his time and explained the processes, litigated with several other lawyers about the life insurance problem, and did so in a timely manner. During this time he also help establish myself to be a legal guardian for my mother. She has Alzheimer's disease and had to be put into a nursing home. I also had to sell her property to insure she had funds for the nursing home. Mr. Pennington helped me through the auction process, taxes, and Probate court documents all in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Mr. Pennington to anyone that requires legal services.

Mr. Pennington has been wonderful throughout my bankruptcy experience. I started with a Chapter 13 in 2012 which Mr. Pennington kept me informed about the process started to finish as well as documentation needed. Tony was a tremendous help with my 'Chapter 13'. His knowledge of the law is unbelievable. He prepared me for everything to expect through the process and there were no surprises. It was almost like he could see into my future because it all panned out just as he said it would.
