Flame Steakhouse and Wine Bar

This place is AMAZING! I absolutely loved the atmosphere. You won't find any screaming kids here. If you go here, I'd recommend you dress up--more than just jeans and a nice shirt. More like dress pants (not khaki's) and a dress shirt. I didn't see anyone here wearing anything less than suits and dresses. The lighting was dim. I liked how this restaurant was set-up. Plenty of space per table. Not all crammed in together. Upon arriving to your table, your waitress brings you these awesome chocolate chip peanut butter muffins and some other kind of muffin. (I was too busy focusing in on the chocolate chip peanut butter muffins so I didn't pay any attention to the other one.) We both had steak. I had a baked potato, then sliced up and fried with onions and some kind of sauce that was delicious. He had a baked potato. They wheeled this cart that had sour cream, butter, bacon, cheese and whatever else you may want on it. (We thought that was the coolest!) I had a medium rare steak and I normally will only eat very well done steak, but that was the juiciest steak I have ever had. I loved the music playing as well. I look forward to going here again.

I moved down from STL for school and found this place, its springfields best steak and reminds me of the family outtings we all went on on Friday nights

they have the best steak around and they also have a potato cart that is amazing..
