Bought myself a brand new F 250 with only 7 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. On the way home the same day I noticed the wheel wasn’t aligned straight with the road and was pulling a good amount to the right. Therefore I called the dealer to get the issue corrected. Dealer took my truck and took it to the Quick Lane located right behind the dealer. After I was informed the truck had been realigned and ready for it to hit the road. I pulled on the feeder of I- 45 and noticed right away the pulling issue wasn’t corrected as they stated. Didn’t have time to turn around and drop off right then. A few days later i returned to have the pulling issue corrected again. They had the truck for a full day so that it could be done correctly. Following day I arrived and was told that just switched the front tires, from left to right and that corrected the issue do to something about how the tires were made. Not sure if they really could figure out the issue or not and decided to make something up. At this time the truck only had 1,000 miles on it. So I took the truck for a spin and now the steering was still corcket to the left and was now pulling twice as much. Therefore I contacted the dealer for the third time and was told to come in and they will take care of it. So I did, but this time I stayed with the truck to actually see what was going on and demanded a print out of the specs. I arrived and watched them pull my truck on the alignment lift to get the process started. They installed the hardware on the outside of the tires to check the specs and then sat there for an hour with no one working on it at all.
After watching my truck for a hour the advisor came to my attention and stated he got the alignment as close as they could and would be good drive. Thinking to myself “how did they fix the issue when I didn’t see much done to it”. So the advisor took my truck off the lift and said here you go. I asked him for the spec sheet that I requested before he started the work on the truck. He came up with the excuse that the guy left early and forgot the print out the spec sheet. From here I had heard it all! Took my truck and left. Steering wheel even worse than before and still pulling. You would think when you buy a 67,000 truck you would at least be taken care of the first go around. Therefore I’m taking my truck to a shop that just dose alignments and had the issue corrected. WOULDN’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!

I originally had a terrible experience when it came to this place. I reached out to the company and they swiftly took care of my problem. I was given poor customer service by a few individuals but mainly one woman. The company reviewed the tapes and saw what she did and took care of them. They personally apologized on the phone and told me that they do not tolerate that kind of behavior. Now they make sure to "roll out the red carpet" for me on my next visit. I couldn't feel more like a valued customer and this is how customer service should be.
