Lone Star Family Health Center

The doctors are awesome and the staff on-site is amazing. The problem is calling for scheduling which is done out of a different location. I recommend making follow-up Apps there. The answering of the phones is a problem both medical and dental. So the professionalism is not office related but phone related.

The staff never answers the phone, if they do it's rare. The doctors are great and friendly but the front desk ladies are rude, they let the phone ring while they are gossiping and texting on their personal phones. Again, the doctors here are awesome but it's super hard and frustrating trying to make appointments.
