Hart Pest Control

I paid $175 for spray of interior, exterior, and attic on July 19th. I've lived in this home 17 years, and have always been able to keep the house bug free with just one pest control treatment per year. This year after treatment, the bugs not only didn't go away, they increased. We're finding live bugs, not the 'almost dead' ones we usually see right after treatment. After six weeks, I called to request re-treatment. They blamed the bugs on the rainy weather. Hart Pest control would only return to re-spray for a $140 fee, and suggested we enroll in their "maintenance program" for $140 quarterly. No thank you. I do not recommend them, they do not stand behind their work.

I called them with a massive cockroach problem, they told me what it would cost, why they may be coming in, took time to make me feel like I was part of the family. They had an opening that day and DIDN'T charge ANY extra for a same day appointment!!!! They took care of my problem in just one treatment, and I've been using and recommending them ever since! They're the absolute best out there!!

I have to give HUGE PROPS to this company.....I called them in regards to a potential issue with some unwanted pests. I spoke with Tracy, who is VERY knowledgeable and took MUCH interest in my potential issue. She could have made the appointment, charged me a fee to come out but NO......she was very upfront and honest and told me to take a chill pill. HOW AWESOME IS THAT! I will be utilizing their services in the future for my unwanted critter needs!
