Took in 2 small rear trailer gates to get expanded metal replaced and reinforcement bars put in. They charged me almost $190.00 for 2 small gates. When picking up gates I noticed that they had placed the bars on the wrong side of both the gates. The salesman advised me that was right and they would charge me to add another 2 bars to the gates. After several long minutes of the salesman telling me that I was wrong of what I had asked for and telling me that he was right. And I telling them that this was not right. The owner/manager approached the vehicle also telling me that I was wrong and began getting loud and pointing his finger at me. Yelling stating that I was wrong and that he would fix it, but that I was wrong and yelling non-sense. I decided that I would leave and take my business else where.

I am also in the business of serving others. And I do all I can to keep my customers satisfied. And at no time do I get out of line and begin yelling at them.

OUTSTANDING! very clean, organized, Family oriented business! everyone's is kind and friendly! prices are low for awesome quality ! sometimes they are short handed but still out so their selves!

This place provides great rental trailers and discount rates. We needed 2 covered trailers for our troop outing and these guys really took care of us. They had all the hitch stuff to haul them with too. Nice clean equipment and great service! Thanks!

my trailer blew a flat which took out my fender was trashed, I needed a rim & tire, axle & hub parts, I called and they were able to get me finished thru there express service line. everything went perfect and my crew was able to work

came in found the trailer advertised 16' and it was what the add said, sales person took time to show me the features and wrote me up and out the door I went with my brand new trailer.....
