This is the trashiest place I have ever lived and the old man that works in the front is nothing but a liar that just wants your money and then he will go behind your back and run your credit

Never in my life felt more discriminated upon than now. The staff at the coopers ranch location not only made me feel as if they were racist, they definitely do not offer and "equal opportunity" She called verified my income did my background check and still could not give me a answer if I could move in or not. The apartments that they advertise and show are not for the price of $550 that they have listed when you get there it will be the oldest apartments they have with very old appliances and very old flower wall paper. I went back and fourth every single day to get a answer she claimed she had to speak with the manager whose wife has cancer so he wasn't although his wife had cancer they are still advertising apply and move in today so how could that be possible if he is never in the office. I spoke with him about the rude apartment manager and he acted as if he was clueless and to go back to her and that I would be moving in I went back day after day she still couldn't give me an answer yet today they have several apartments posted for apply and move in today. She called my job and then when I went back she claimed she had to call them again as if she hadn't already verified my income. They also told me I couldnt have overnight visitors or I would be evicted if I didnt add them to my lease. They are very racist the old man that was there said he was the old sheriff and when he looked at my name he based my character off of my family history. Do not even waste your time getting a hard inquiry on your credit because they will not help you! The lady at the coopers ranch office is terrible she acts clues about literally everything she can never answer a question they also have extremely old appliances in every unit the cabinets are still old from the 80s they have made absolutely no improvements at all or even attempted to

Do not stay here....they just want money.....noisy neighbors and bugs....he does nothing about it...he lets military stay just for the paycheck...moved in...soon as the electricity was turned on bugs have been here ever since...they don't even clean trash from outside

This place is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Everything is great until you terminate your lease. Even if you have fixed something or replace it with something new they will still charge you for whatever it was. Not to mention everything they charge you for is three and four times as much as the stuff really cost. They charged me $80 for two basic blinds, that are less than $5 a piece. I will NEVER EVER rent from these people again and wouldn't suggest anyone else to do so.

Not recommended for any soldiers, single ones and ones with families. They do shady business. Don't work with soldiers when they have to PCS, deploy, etc.

Don't come here if you are military. If you leave, they don't forward your final bill. They don't even call to see where you would like it. By final bill I mean if anything is messed up. We left the place spotless steam cleaned wiped blinds, cleaned windows and all. Wasn't a spec there when my wife and I left. And somehow they charged us $285. Instead of calling us at least and asking for a payment or even a resolve...they sent this to collections without notifying us. Luckily I monitor my credit every month and caught it right away. When I called about it, they didn't want to solve it. Said it's a hassle to call Soldiers that PCS? Come on...don't even let us stay there then.
