I would not trust these people again with my vehicle. Technician Papa is a liar and deceitful. I took my 2005 Trailblazer in on 6-7-2019 for an alignment. I had replaced lower control arm bushings so I knew the camber/caster had to be off. After tech Papa was done, I looked him eye to eye and asked how far off it was. He replied "only the toe was off". I specifically asked about the camber/caster being off and he looked me eye to eye again and said "the camber and caster was fine". I left and was immediately dissatisfied as the steering wheel was crocked. On Monday, Rod, the shop manager, called my wife to see if I was happy and she told him no. She told him that the steering wheel was crocked and I did not get a printout showing before and after adjustment. An appointment was set for me to take it back on Friday 6-14-2019. When I was halfway there my wife called and said they cancelled my appointment because they had one on the rack and another waiting. Rod did tell my wife that the tech Papa did tell him the camber was off but that the "subframe" would have to be moved to correct the camber. It is obvious that they have no clue what they are doing because a Trailblazer does not have a subframe like a unibody car, it is a full frame vehicle. The tech also obviously does not know what he is doing since to adjust the camber/caster all you do is loosen the 2 lower control arm bolts. I know this because I too am a mechanic, ASE Master certified but the shop I work at does not do alignments. I would not take my lawnmower here for these people to align or work on much less my vehicle again. They TOOK my money yet I did not get what I paid for. In my book, this is a definition for a THIEF. Today, 6-18-2019 I went back to get MY money back.
